Jessica is a registered psychologist and accredited counselor. She is a dedicated, professional, and passionate psychologist with more than 5 years of experience in providing culturally aware and evidence-based interventions within both private and public sectors. Jessica takes a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to each client. She takes immense pride in treating all clients fairly with mutual respect and understanding regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds.  

Jessica’s educational background as well as her experience allows her to assist people in a variety of tailored ways. When working alongside with clients, Jessica integrates a bio-psycho-social-spiritual and collaborative client-centered approach to explore with her clients their needs, barriers, and strengths to assist them to meet their individual treatment goals. 

Some of the intervention and techniques Jessica utilises include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) 
  • Schema Therapy
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Jessica has extensive experience working with men’s mental health issues, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) individuals and adolescents. She has a strong background and interest in treating and managing mental health presentations, including but not limited to:
