In a word, Trust. This forms the foundation for all other aspects of the therapeutic alliance and it’s integral to me that my clients feel safe and secure in accessing their vulnerability, communicating openly, and gaining the appropriate level of support they require to flourish independently.

Warm, intuitive, down-to-earth, solutions-focused, creative and a bit cheeky (I certainly don’t mind a bit of inappropriate humour and having a laugh where it’s appropriate to).

Having quality connection time with those I love is incredibly important to my emotional wellbeing and feeling of presence. I’m a curious, introspective type who values learning, growth, and continuous improvement. Actively investing time into learning new things and honing in on my existing knowledge and skills (both personally and professionally) keeps me inspired, motivated and open-minded. Moving by body plays such a big role in my mind-body connection and I strive to ‘beat’ my ‘working sitting hours’ with physical movement each week.
