Nicole is a registered psychologist, with over 4 years of experience in the educational and private practice settings, supporting clients in becoming the best versions of themselves and assisting them with overcoming personal challenges. 

Nicole has experience working with young people and adults across the lifespan, providing counselling and evidence-based treatments to help her clients develop the skills they need to achieve their personal goals and objectives. She has a particular interest in treating anxiety-related disorders, including specific phobias, social anxiety, panic disorder, generalised anxiety or performance anxiety.

Nicole is also passionate about assisting clients with symptoms of:

  •  Adult ADHD,
  •  stress,
  •  lack of motivation,
  •  low self-esteem,
  •  depression, 
  •  body image related difficulties,
  •  gender identity and sexuality,
  •  and inter-personal relationship issues.  

In her therapeutic approach, Nicole draws upon the principles of Positive Psychology, helping clients to recognise their own strengths; and she applies interventions informed by the Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Solution-focused (SFBT), as well as Mindfulness-based treatment models. Nicole thoroughly enjoys working with clients from diverse groups, whether socially, culturally, linguistically or sexually; always focusing on devising appropriate, individualised plans to improve clients’ lives. 

Nicole has a warm, approachable and compassionate nature and fully enjoys getting to know and building trusting relationships with each client in the therapy process. She is fully committed to fostering a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment for all her clients to grow and flourish.
