Sarah has extensive experience working with children of all ages, from early childhood through adolescence, helping them navigate emotional, social, and behavioural challenges. She understands that childhood and adolescence are critical periods for psychological development and is passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment for her young clients.
Her work in schools, private practice, and research settings has provided her with deep insight into the unique challenges children face, including anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning difficulties, trauma, and family changes. She specialises in helping children develop emotional regulation skills, social and self-confidence, and resilience, while also providing parental guidance and support to strengthen family dynamics.
She has also played a pivotal role in early intervention and school-based mental health initiatives, collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that children receive the right support at the right time.
