Sonja Jankovic is a Clinical Psychologist who provides exclusively telehealth services for Cause Effect Psychology. She is able to see clients via Zoom or telephone, which allows clients to engage in confidential treatment from work or the comfort of their own home.
Sonja was born in Belgrade, Serbia, and grew up in New Zealand and Australia, where she trained as a Clinical Psychologist. Working as a professional psychologist in many countries, including Switzerland, Italy and Serbia, Sonja is able to deliver therapy to many culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. She is fluent in English, Italian and Serbian. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, and is always focused on supporting her clients reach their goals in their own way. Sonja utilises a number of different therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Clinical Hypnosis.
Sonja supports individuals who present for a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationships and chronic pain.
