Option 1:
Group Sessions Only

  • Early Bird Rate – $107 per week ($71 per week out-of-pocket for Medicare-eligible participants).* Early Bird Rate available for registration prior to 14 February 2025.
  • Full Rate – $128.40 per week. Full rate will apply for registration after 14 Feb 2025.
  • Weekly expert-led group sessions with coffee, dessert, and program materials.
  • Access to bonus resources and group support.

Option 2: Group Sessions + Individual Therapy

  • Early Bird Rate – $220 per week ($125 per week out-of-pocket for Medicare-eligible participants).* Early Bird Rate available for registration prior to 14 February 2025.
  • Full Rate – $264 per week. Full rate will apply for registration after 14 February 2025.
  • Includes a package discount for 5 x individual therapy sessions.
  • Everything in the group sessions package PLUS:
  • Fortnightly one-on-one therapy sessions with one of our experienced psychologists to focus on your individual needs.

Gaye Idec

Psychologist

An experienced psychologist who combines her clinical expertise, compassion, down-to-earth approach and sense of humour to support women through all stages of life – including menopause. We are delighted to have Gaye leading this Group Program from Cause Effect Psychology.

Chris Purcell

Physiotherapist

Chris will support you in maintaining strength and flexibility during menopause. With over 17 years in private practice physiotherapy, Chris brings a wealth of experience to his role as leader of the clinical team at Out of the Box Physiotherapy.

Jayne Mossop

Clinical Nutritionist

Jayne specialises in helping women in perimenopause and beyond achieve lasting health transformations. With a focus on personalised nutrition, Jayne empowers women to overcome hormonal challenges, regain energy, and feel their best.  Jayne joins us from her practice, Flora Nutrition.

GP & Psychotherapist

Dr Matt offers insight from his 20+ years supporting women as a GP including exploring symptoms of menopause and the relationship between hormonal, psychological and emotional changes.

Dr Georgia Heathcote

Obstetrician and Gynaecologist

Dr Georgia provides informed and compassionate gynecological care for women at all stages of life. From routine check-ups to complex treatments and menopause management, Dr Georgia will make you feel safe and supported on your health and wellbeing journey.

Dr Ursula Byrne

Psychiatric Registrar

Dr Ursula is passionate about helping women manage psychological changes and enhance sleep quality during menopause through practical, evidence-based approaches.

Angela Marshall

Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine Practitioner & Women's Health Massage Therapist

Angela specialises in women’s health and holistic wellness, offering Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Eastern Herbal Medicine, Womb Massage Therapy and/or Yoni Steaming, to support women through menopause. Angela joins us from her practice, Womb to World.

 

Program Details

When: Mondays 6.30pm-7.45pm

Where: Redlands Sporting Club Boardroom

Commencing: Monday 10 March 2025

Includes: Weekly group sessions, coffee & dessert, program materials, participant gift pack, and access to bonus resources.

Each session includes presentations from our key presenters and panel experts on relevant topics aimed to help you understand and navigate perimenopause with confidence, energy and enthusiasm.  You will have the opportunity to ask questions along the way, share your own personal experiences, engage in open discussions and reflect on your goals and relationships.

Please note participants are required to commit to the full program. Please speak to us about a catch-up session if you are unavailable to attend one of the weekly Program sessions.
